We’re looking for a talented Unreal Engine Developer to join our growing team and help bring our dreams into reality. As a core member of the engineering team, you’ll work closely with art, design, and production to transform creative ideas into polished gameplay experiences that feel magical, immersive, and full of heart.

What You'll Do:

• Build, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and features in Unreal Engine 5.

• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring mechanics, UI, and visual storytelling to life.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that supports long-term project growth.

• Debug, profile, and optimize for performance across platforms.

• Contribute ideas to technical direction, tools, and workflows to empower the team.

• (Senior-level) Mentor junior developers and help set best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience developing games with Unreal Engine 5 (C++ and Blueprints).

• Strong grasp of gameplay programming, systems architecture, or tools development.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across disciplines.

• Experience shipping at least one game (indie, academic, or professional).

• A passion for RPGs, cozy experiences, or emotionally driven games.
